Responsibilities:
Guidehouse, Inc is looking for an IT Senior Associate to be a part of our Endpoint Management team, with a focus on management of MacOS endpoint devices. This individual will manage solutions that will help us deliver quality, industry standard MacOS endpoint management to our internal client service staff while fostering a culture of collaboration, communication, and excellence within Guidehouse.

Join us and become a part of the highly efficient, agile team that is responsible for implementing and maintaining a MacOS device management platform that includes endpoint security, application deployment, reporting and analytics, data protection, and OS deployment lifecycle support of the MacBooks in the Guidehouse environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your experience to setup and configure endpoint management of MacOS devices in an Enterprise environment
  • Plan and deliver multiple Intune integrated JAMF management environments for both public and private sector Guidehouse business units
  • Coordinate and communicate with leaders across IT and the business to ensure solution(s) meet requirements of the business while providing a high level of data integrity and security
  • Work with the other IT departments, especially IT Security, to ensure that the latest security updates and OS standards are maintained on management endpoint devices
  • Experience with Qualys reporting a plus
  • Align team direction with the product roadmap, plan feature deliverables, and schedule remediation of technical issues while appropriately balancing these needs
  • Continuously strive to improve customer experience, quality, performance, and stability of our products
  • Lead by example through the demonstration of ownership and accountability in everything you do
Qualifications:
Required:
  • 5+ years of IT Enterprise experience, utilizing professional agility to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-moving, demanding environment
  • 3+ years of device management experience with JAMF or Intune for MacOS endpoints
  • A team-first and consistently positive attitude
  • Strong belief in the power of coaching, communication and collaboration
  • Familiarity with programming and scripting languages such as Python, Bash/Shell, and Windows Powershell at plus
  • Passion for providing a high quality, high availability solution for the Guidehouse business and client service teams
  • Experience with ticket and change management (ITIL) methodologies
  • US Citizenship

Preferred:

  • Understanding of System Extensions in the new Mac ecosystem a plus
  • ServiceNow experience a plus
Additional Requirements:
The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.

The salary range for this role is $80,000-$95,000, may vary based on education, skills, experience and location.

Selected Candidate must be able to work Eastern Standard Hours.
