Maintenance Attendant Job at Residenced Inn Watertown
We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. A successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in the maintenance field, an aptitude for solving problems and repairing broken or damaged equipment, and a high attention to detail. This is a full-time position, with the possibility of becoming permanent after six months based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Keep up with the latest updates on equipment.
- Work with electronic and mechanical components.
- Perform routine maintenance on all equipment.
- Work under pressure when an equipment break occurs.
- Be skilled in all aspects of building maintenance.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
