We have an opening for a Maintenance Worker with a minimum of one year experience performing maintenance tasks. This position performs general facility maintenance related tasks.
Job Duties: (may include, but are not limited to)
- Perform tasks in the maintenance of the facility
- Painting and minor drywall repair
- Irrigation repair
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing pipes, valves, faucets, sinks, and other plumbing facilities; repair and maintenance of the facility to include chairs, tables, doors, windows and other articles and fixtures
- Assist in the completion of preventative maintenance tasks (i.e., A/C filters)
- Light Carpentry and electrical experience a plus
- Flexible hours available.
- Hourly rate between $16 and $25 depending on experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Murrieta, CA 92562: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
