Daily work assignments.
Perform assigned tasks in accordance with established maintenance procedures.
Interpret department policies and procedures.
Orientation and training of maintenance personnel as needed.
Use of proper techniques of maintenance services, use of equipment, etc., as directed.
Review job description and duty assignment with new department personnel as directed/necessary.
Assure that painting, rework or repairing of facility equipment is accomplished in accordance with established policies.
