Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledge in operation of machinery, manufacturing processes, inspection methods, troubleshooting techniques in a safe work environment
• Maintain safe work environment by abiding by current safety procedures, monitoring operations to develop new safety procedures and working in close collaboration with any affected employees.
• Responsible for identifying, developing and introducing improvements utilizing Team techniques with a goal of creating and coordinating a highly effective work.
• Maintain housekeeping within department.
• Communicate with other Team members concerning all aspects of the job

Shifts Available and Hours:12 hour continental shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM OR 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Off every other weekend

**Shift Premium: **12 hour night shift - $.75/hour extra

Required Education/Experience:

• Basic computer skills required.
• Will be required to learn how to use mobile equipment.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with troubleshooting complex equipment.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Natural gas combustion experience is a plus
• High School Diploma preferred

Competencies:

• Ability to problem solve and make decisions
• Understanding electrical systems and how to use testing equipment.
• Understanding of hydraulics systems.
• Ability to effectively use basic hand tools.
• Mechanical aptitude

You should be proficient in:

• Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans
• Hydraulics Experience
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
