Brief Description: Performs general day-to-day maintenance, make ready units, and general upkeep of the property and grounds. Ensure that all repairs are handled in a timely and appropriate manner. Positive attitude, self-starter, able to multitask, and good organizational skills. Team members should also possess the ability to handle stressful situations and communicate clearly with others.
Knowledge/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Hands on experience and general maintenance experience (i.e plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting, appliance repair, etc.) is preferred with proficiency in at least one major area.
Licenses/Certification: Valid driver’s license
Requirements: Must have flexibility with scheduling. Work schedule will include on-call situations and possible weekend days.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs. Applicants must be able to work inside and outside and in all types of weather.
