Make Ready/Punch Tech Job at Asden Management
Asden Management, a rapidly growing Real Estate Management Company with properties in several states, is looking for excellent employees to add to our team!
We are currently seeking a full-time Make-Ready/ Punch Technician to prepare vacant apartments for move-in at Greenbrook Shelby Farms, a beautiful 1,000+ unit apartment community in Memphis, TN.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Perform all “make ready” tasks to prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including repairs, cleaning and any other necessary tasks
- Painting and sheetrock repairs
- Clean out all trash from apartments before, during and after make-ready activity
- Make all necessary repairs or replacements in order for apartment to be ready for occupancy, such as stove, vent hood, garbage disposal, refrigerator, dishwasher, water heater, HVAC, washer and dryer and any other appliances and sinks, toilets, blinds
- Repair all leaking faucets, water pressure lines, and drain line leaks
- Install appliances including stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, washers and dryers
- Handle tenant work orders as needed
- Perform other tasks as directed
Job requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience preferred, and preferably in the multi-family industry
- HVAC license preferred
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
