This is an excellent part-time opportunity for someone who can independently manage a local group of contractors while maintaining an existing job.
If you have sales and marketing experience, or new home construction sales and support experience, builder contacts, or real estate sales experience, this is a great opportunity for you.
As an Artisan Direct Market Manager, those businesses and organizations are your clients. Any new home development could be among your first clients. We are committed to developing and supporting our clients' Directional Sign campaigns that target their audience and achieve their marketing or sales goals by driving traffic to sales centers.

Specific management duties:
- Performing installation work on assigned routes to become familiar with the job at hand, and to develop first-hand knowledge of the client base and their expectations
- Provide oversight of sign placement, maintain personal contact and representation to our clients, as well as field installation preparation or backup coverage.
- Directing contractor activity to achieve placement goals for the route location(s)
- Maintaining a high-performance work team to ensure an advanced level of quality and service in all weekly route activities
- Report to management on a weekly basis to address issues and drive performance improvements
- Support the contractors that execute sign route placements each weekend
- Create and maintain business relationships with customers and potential customers within your market or region
