RAD Diversified is a Real Estate Investment Trust company. We are seeking a Marketing Administrator. In this role, you will be coordinating projects. It is an all-encompassing role that requires a high-level view of various moving parts, such as assigning projects and deadlines, while also maintaining extreme attention to detail. You will be required to coordinate and execute the functions of your department under the supervision of your marketing executives. Your job will also include performing research studies and recording information and data. This position is on site, hours are 9 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities:
● Reporting on success by monitoring key metrics
● Data entry and analysis
● Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and the Executive leadership
● Assists with project management goals
● Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional
material.
● Keeping abreast of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns
● Drive campaigns through various communication and system tools.
● Execute marketing and event campaigns as defined by the CEO
● Coordinate requirements for promotional material defined by the CEO
● Plan and implement social media and social project management for specific
marketing goals

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
