UCH is seeking a candidate searching for a rewarding and long-term career in property management marketing! We are looking for a full-time motivated Marketing and Leasing Assistant to work in a hybrid-role with our marketing team and with our property management team. What You Will Be Doing

This full-time role emphasizes sales, customer service, and creativity. The primary responsibility of this position is to be the brand ambassador for our apartment communities, to lease apartments through product demonstration, and connect with our customers on social media! You will be an integral part of assisting the marketing team in the planning and execution of local marketing initiatives and resident engagement.

We offer thorough training programs to support on-going sales skills development. Prior experience in multifamily leasing considered a plus!

Marketing and Leasing Assistant Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Leasing activities and administration including scheduling appointments, conducting tours, preparing and organizing lease paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with prospective and current residents in person, over the phone, and by written correspondence (email, website, and social media).
  • Planning and designing monthly social media marketing calendars for multiple properties; coordinating with property managers for content generation
  • Assisting in planning and executing resident and lead generation events (weekend availability required through spring and summer months)
  • Building partnerships with local businesses to provide value to residents

Marketing and Leasing Assistant Qualifications Required:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; College Degree Preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • MS Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
  • Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok professional experience preferred
  • Flexibility with hours and days worked
  • Leasing and Sales experience preferred
  • Flexibility with hours and days worked; weekend availability required
