JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maumee River Roofing is a family-friendly, team-oriented, and continuous growing company based out of Fort Wayne, IN. We are searching for the right candidate to fill our Marketing Assistant/Field Photographer position. This candidate would exemplify superb project management and organizational skills to help continue our family-owned business to grow. This position will be a full-time position and will require time in our office.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and promoting Maumee River Roofing’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create daily social media content.
- Graphic design for social media and digital signage for the office.
- High resolution onsite photo and video footage of roofing, siding, and gutter projects.
- Photo and video footage of Maumee River Roofing events.
- Creating promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, postcards, and pamphlets.
- Obtain social media reviews (and others).
- Meet with homeowners to help create brand awareness (i.e. testimonials, photos, videos, etc.)
- Create and enhance new and existing customer relationships.
- Other tasks as necessary/assigned.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects.
- Organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Team player
- Graphic design knowledge and experience (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Express, Canva, etc.)
- Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to use a drone (required)

EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar
