Marketing Manager for Los Angeles Retail Store Chain Job at Pineapple Express
Define strategies to support objectives as defined by DROMap out supporting tactical execution plan and execute against the plan
- Create and maintain a competitive set analysis on products and pricingProvide insights to Leadership team on a monthly basis
- Work with brand partners to support in-store sell-through and schedule in-store brand activations
- Create and maintain a rolling 6-month Marketing Calendar, inclusive of Campaigns and Promotions
- Create and execute product and lifecycle marketing campaigns using: Email
SMS
- Ensure consistent and current visual representation of Pineapple Express brand across all touch points, including: Digital
In-store signage / Collateral materials
- Define strategy for, and oversee implementation of Street Team and Community Outreach efforts
- Effectively communicate promotions to Retail and Operations and provide internal marketing support to ensure top-of-mind knowledge and build excitementRequisite Attributes:
- Working knowledge of Retail and/or CPG
- Ability to both strategize and execute

Reports to: CEO, under the supervision of Director of Retail Operations
Place of Work: Split between Hollywood store, Corp HQ, and field work. Can add remote work after first 30 days
Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 + 2 weeks PTO, health benefits, 401k, and bonus (eligible for up to 10% performance bonus as part of Company bonus plan)
