BIOTRONIK is excited to bring on board a Project Manager to join our talented and growing in-house Marketing Communications & Creative team. As the Project Manager, you will own project facilitation for the team, including the oversight of incoming projects, managing production timelines, tracking progress and approvals, overseeing workflows, and ensuring that projects are delivered successfully and on time. The ideal candidate will have the ability to see the big picture and incorporate problem-solving, critical thinking, and tactical execution into their daily work.

Your Responsibilities

• Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Managing stakeholder approval flow of projects
• Owning, building and maintaining the project management platform to best meet the needs of the company
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements

Your Profile

Required Education and Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related field.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of project management platforms like WorkFront.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• This is a full-time position. Standard days of work are Monday through Friday. Hours of work may vary depending on time zone supported. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

• Percentage of travel time expected for the position, where the travel occurs, such as locally or in specific countries or states, and whether the travel is overnight.
