Our Franchise, SERVPRO® of Southwest Orlando and SERVPRO® of Sanford is seeking a Sales Marketing Representative (SMR) who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills and is a serious multi-tasker that enjoys influencing others and possesses a persuasive selling style to build relationships with key clients in the Orlando and Sanford area.

Job Description:

Promote and sell Franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop our customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships by routinely contacting, visiting, and following up with customers. Use marketing materials like SERVPRO® Key Differentiators and Emergency Ready Plan to market SERVPRO® services and to sell the benefits.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Meet sales objectives by maintaining existing customer and building new customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world
  
• Compile and maintain center of influence (COI) information and identify “Target 25” (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients)
  
• Prospect for property owners in order to enter into service agreements as new customers
• Prepare and deliver presentations to SERVPRO clients and prospects in a variety of settings
• Promote and complete SERVPRO Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation
  
• Generate a sufficient number of leads to meet monthly revenue goals
  
• Participates in professional associations, hosts lunch-and-learns, and promotes continuing education (CE) courses
  
• Promote SERVPRO services to community organizations and trade associations
• Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs, ensuring customer needs are met
  
• Be an after-hours resource to your customers in times of crisis

Position Requirements:

• A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience
• Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector
• Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
• Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is preferred
• Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
  
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

• Must possess a clean driving record
