Occasional evenings or weekends for special events
The Heritage at Brentwood is seeking a full-time, hospitality-focused Marketing & Sales Office Assistant to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the Marketing & Sales office and to provide support for all Marketing & Sales team members for our premier senior living community located in Brentwood, TN.
Job Responsibilities
· Provides support and manages administrative functions for Marketing & Sales team, including assisting with events, completing reports, maintaining office inventory, preparing and updating marketing and sales reports, and other assignments as needed
· Greets and serves all visitors and residents in the marketing office in accordance with our hospitality promises
· Generates weekly and monthly sales, closings and move-in reports for management and LCS corporate as needed
· Collaborates with advertising agency on updating community website, social media, and the Engrain display
· Manages marketing systems, including the CRM, Salesforce, C3 Leads & C3 LincC
· Maintains a professional appearance and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
· Administrative degree preferred with at least 3 years of work-related experience in professional office setting or hospitality environment preferred
· Proficient in use of various software programs, including all Microsoft Office applications, required to maintain and generate reports
· Experience with SalesForce or other CRM software preferred
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
· Takes intiative to help ensure the success of the team and the community
· Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or approved exemption required
