What you will do:

You will be based out of our New Iberia (National Power/Parts)
-
Responsible for loading & offloading shipments – Courier, Air and Sea Freight, and local receipts
-
Help arranging storage of materials on racks, bins, containers on receipt of orders
-
Help picking materials from racks, bins, containers for issue of materials
-
Regular checks on forklift maintenance
-
Ensure forklift is maintained well and in running condition.

Ensure safety of people and premises and packages during forklift operation.

Coordinate and expedite flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections or departments, according to production and shipping schedules or department priorities, and compiles and maintains manual or computerized records.

Ability to take on-call for 24/7 coverage when needed.

Positions holders are responsible for the storage and distribution of stock, at a Service Centre or Yard including: Shipping & Receiving, Warehousing, Order Packing, Dispatch, Maintaining, loading, packing, and driving vehicles.
