Qualifications

• 1-year Experience (Preferred)
• RN or LPN license
• Must have current Alabama Nurses License or temporary license awaiting testing date.
• Must pass background and drug screen
• All potential new employees are required to have a negative COVID 19 test prior to date of hire, facility to provide testing.

Essential Job Functions

• Responsibilities of this position include: MDS data submission for short and/or long term stays, assistance in scheduling and overseeing Care Plan Meetings, medication administration, computer documentation including assessment of resident's current status, observation and reporting of any change in resident's status to MD/sponsors as necessary, ordering medications from pharmacy including refills of medications, supervision of CNA staff, clean/dress wounds as ordered by physician, collect samples for lab testing, receiving new orders from physicians with notification to sponsors concerning new orders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $36.00 per hour
