Maintains area of responsibility by following company policies and procedures for stocking and displaying/merchandising food products; maintaining and cleaning the area according to food safety and compliance regulations; and reporting issues or concerns to leadership as needed.
Provides customer service by identifying customer needs; recognizing and understanding customer traffic patterns; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; providing product knowledge; resolving customer issues and concerns; promoting department products and services; and maintaining a safe shopping environment.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback
