The Meat Business Manager for Pomponio Ranch North (PRN) has full P&L responsibility for a small home-grown venture, Pomponio Ranch Meat. This role will manage and participate in all aspects of the business from sales & marketing to production & distribution as well as all daily operations and activities.
It’s an exciting and challenging opportunity with the goal to achieve profitability within a specific timeframe; developing a well-defined, thoughtful, and timely plan to achieve this goal. We’re looking for a motivated, energetic self-starter who is passionate about regenerative agriculture to lead our dedicated and solid PRN meat business staff. The position reports to the PRN Ranch Manager.
