Media Marketing Coordinator will develop social media campaign ideas and see them through to completion, conduct competitive analysis and social listening and make recommendations for Express Employment media accounts. An ideal candidate is someone who is creative self-starters eager to learn about the business of social media.

  • Work to create content and identify engagement opportunities for Express Employment
  • Experience working with social media content systems like Sprinklr or Hootsuite not required but a plus; Photoshop/InDesign knowledge not required but a plus.
  • Projects include:
  • Develop social media campaigns, including ideation, pitching, copywriting, asset creation, posting and reporting.
  • Competitive analysis of other brands on social media to inform Express Employment growth tactics and content.
  • Conduct social media campaigns for clients through Express Employment

Skills preferred: Writing, research, competitive analysis, graphic design, creativity, communication, and eager to learn. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
  • Brainstorms campaign ideas.
  • Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
  • Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
  • Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
  • Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
  • Assists in creating performance reports.
  • Displays excellent written and oral communication skills
  • In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of programs and services offered
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

No professional experience necessary, but must love social media usage and marketing, plus must be interested in producing and editing content: social media graphics and messages, website content, email content, etc.

Pay: 35,500 Salary
