At the Tustin, CA location, we have Full Time Regular openings on our first shift(Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm) as a Medical Device Assembler. In this role, employees would support numerous product lines in a cleanroom environment for the Healthcare & Medical Industry.

In Tustin, we hire at a trainee level, so no experience is needed just a desire to learn and a passion for the Healthcare and Medical Industry. Training includes learning how to successfully work within our Quality System as well as understanding the Manufacturing processes so you can acquire the skills needed to grow into a highly productive Medical Device Assembler.

Main responsibilities Include:

  • Demonstrates understanding of the clean room environment and how to apply internal standards related to Personnel, Health, and Hygiene, and Dress Code; as well as, Production and QA Area Cleaning procedures.
  • Demonstrates the ability to understand and complete the Shop Order Process, material movement, and other documentation.
  • Understands material flow, inventory locations, and the sub balance sheet.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of line clearance and non-conformance procedure.
  • Understands the Production’s Material Scrap Control.
  • General knowledge of equipment and aids including, but not limited to: sealers, label master, punches and cutters, and flammable cabinets.
  • Demonstrates the ability to understand the production process and current SOP’s and programs associated to final boxing.
  • Ensures work area and equipment is clean and safe.

Work Conditions:

  • Potential physical contact with chemicals used in assembly/packaging of components.
  • Potential physical contact with API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) and combination drug/device products.
  • May require operation of equipment with exposed moving parts/surfaces.
  • Cleanroom environment including company provided cleanroom attire.
