Medical Laboratory Technician at the medical facility for
Ft. Sill Army Base in
Ft. Sill, Oklahoma.
Position Highlights:

Position Responsibilities:
Perform the full range of clinical laboratory tests- Determine the suitability of specimens for analysis | Prepare specimens for analysis and ensure that the physiologic state of the properties is maintained
- Prepare reagents and primary reference materials as necessary and calibrate, standardize, adjust, and maintain instruments | Verify correct instrument operation using established procedures and quality control checks
- Conduct quality control procedures
- Conduct phlebotomy procedures, when assigned to outlying clinics, to collect specimens for testing
Position Requirements:
Eligible to legally work in the US without sponsorship and obtain a security clearance- Graduate from a medical lab tech training program accredited by the NAACLS or the ABHES
- Certification as a Medical Lab Technician by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists, American Medical Technologists, or state license as a Medical Lab Technician
- BLS
- Current immunization record
