JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supervise, coordinate, and oversee operations, development and success of the clinic under the supervision of the regional manager in accordance with sound accounting practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tasks may include, but not limited to:

General administrative duties:

  • Ensure polices and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations
  • Organize patient records utilizing electronic health records keeping
  • Supervise daily practice operations such as billing, debt collections, security, and occupational health and safety
  • Employs an effective patient complaint and problem resolution system which solves the immediate problem and institutes measures to prevent problem recurrence
  • Works collaboratively with other managers and employees to improve organizational performance
  • Review and control expenses and revenue

Manage clinic staff:

  • Promotes and sets expectations for a culture of excellence
  • Ensure staff competencies
  • Hire, training, and monitor administrative staff
  • Ensures employee compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Performance Management
  • Coordinate regular staff meetings
  • Evaluations and staff development
  • Rewards, recognition, and performance reviews

Manages clinic staffing to ensure optimal coverage for each position:

  • Staff based on workload
  • Monitors actual workload and adjusts staffing as necessary
  • Optimally coordinates PTO requests
  • Minimizes utilization of overtime
  • Effective time and attendance management

Planning

  • Establish and implement effective workplace procedures
  • Develops and executes clinic business plans and services
  • Develop and executes plans for improving the patient care system
  • Conducts improvement project planning and execution to meet clinic and company goals
  • Monitor the inventory for medications and medical equipment and organize for resupply
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop business strategies and patient services

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
