Medical reception position and a call center position. Job at LoBue Laser & Eye Medical Centers
We are looking for 2 call center representatives and 2 front office receptionists. Some Medical call center or receptionist experience required. Ophthalmology ideal. Bilingual preferred. We are a very busy Ophthalmology/Optometry practice with offices in Murrieta, Temecula and Menifee. Each position requires a person that understands the importance of the first contact and visit to our practice as one of the patients first impression of us. They need to be able to handle a busy flow of calls or patient flow professionally and efficiently. Needs to speak clearly, politely, while sounding welcoming and helpful. Able to enter patient information correctly and consistently. Understands the importance of scheduling patients with the correct doctor for the correct type of appointment. Communicates well with patients, along with co-workers. Can multitask while following instructions and policies of our practice and being able to think for themselves. Punctual and reliable.
