Menu Clerk - Full-time 1st shift Job at Three Rivers Health
Three Rivers Health has an opening for a
Menu Clerk. This is a
full-time, 1st shift position with every other weekend required, and rotating holidays.
The Menu Clerk must be detailed, a team-player, and motivated making sure that our patients get meals which meet their dietary needs.
Primary Job Duties:
Prepares menus, modifying patient selections to meet prescribed diet order using input from Registered Dietitian and patient preferences, assembling trays, performing dishwashing, sanitation and related clean-up responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or recognized equivalent.
- At least one (1) year experience working in a related cafeteria setting preferred.
- The ability to lift light to medium objects.
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Work Environment: Exposed to heat and humidity of kitchen environment.
