Mid-Level Capital Markets Associate-Miami Job at Holland & Knight LLP
The Miami office of Holland & Knight is seeking a mid level corporate associate for our capital markets practice. Applicants should have 4-5 years of experience representing public company clients in capital market transactions, as well as in disclosure and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience representing issuers in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, interfacing with the SEC and other regulators, counseling public companies on disclosure, corporate governance, and SEC and stock exchange reporting and compliance matters, as well as preparation of Exchange Act filings, such as Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and proxy statements. Candidates can expect to handle day-to-day needs of clients. EOE. M/F/D/V.
This position may be filled in New York City or Colorado. In accordance with the New York City Human Rights Law and the Colorado Equal Pay Act, the pay range for this position in New York City and Colorado is $295,000 min-$345,000 max/yr. This range is specific to these two locations and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
