Position: MIS Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is a collaborative team partner among the Federation Division – WDI. It includes advisory oversight of a management information system, reporting directly to the Programs Manager to address the Access for All (AFA) participant needs with the WDI division. In addition to the below duties, responsibilities, and physical/sensory requirements, the successful incumbent in this position demonstrates experience initiating and sustaining a high level of accountability resulting in positive outcomes, is mission-focused, and demonstrates previous experience.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Tracks MIS activities and priorities, including smoothly implementing the One-Stop Management Information System (OSMIS).
  • Supports coordination with WDI and AFA programs teams on MIS activities.
  • Organizes and facilitates meetings and training for MIS activities, including blueprinting, workshops, user acceptance testing, the OSMIS implementation working group, and training.
  • Takes notes and tracks action items for meetings with LEO and other stakeholders.
  • Provides administrative support for MIS tools supported by the AFA project, including data entry, supportive service offerings, documentation library, and facilitating meetings with the AFA Program Manager and AFA Case Managers.
  • Provide user support on OSMIS as needed for WDI
  • Fosters and demonstrates a workplace inclusive of creating opportunity, serving others, building trust, innovation, and exceeding expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with MIS systems or other relevant experience required
  • Knowledge and experience with supply chain management preferred.
  • Strong administrative skills, word processing abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow standard practices and procedures, receive general instruction and supervision on work progress, and significantly contribute to ending results.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.

SALARY: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
