We are currently looking for Mix Operators to join our manufacturing team in Marysville, WA.

Tasks
- Follow recipe for to ensure accurate mix instructions for the job.
- Identify correct raw materials required.
- Measure raw material by weighing on a scale and placing in a mixing container.
- Load raw material into bins and maintain inventory levels.
- Mix the ingredients according to work instructions.
- Maintain organized and clean work area.
- Communicate all problems and other work related issues with Supervisor or Lead.
- Receive, understand and follow all written and oral instruction.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures in including safety and attendance requirements.
- Resolve day-to-day issues by working effectively with others.
- Other duties required to meet company needs as assigned by Supervisor or Lead.
Skills
- Ability to communicate read and write in English.
- Ability to perform basic math.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools.
- Ability to use various measuring instruments including scale.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instruction.
Experience and Education
- 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
