Our mobile app-based spray tanning company is hiring!

About Us:

We are a woman-owned mobile spray tanning company, founded by our CEO, Valerie Mya, when she saw a need for at-home spray tans booked with ease. She and her partner went on to create an app that connects our stylists directly with our clients for easy communicating. The app allows our clients to easily book and manage appointments with their preferred stylists. We have been offering the best spray tanning experience in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Miami since 2009. Our guiding principle is to provide the best experience for both our clients and our stylists.

Our stylists pride themselves on being able to connect with clients from all walks of life with an open mind, all within 20 minutes.

How We Work:

We run all of our appointments through our Stylist mobile app, where you will be able to see all of your upcoming appointments as well as shifts offered up by other stylists for coverage. Our stylists have the same on-call schedule weekly, and the opportunity to build up a clientele and have them book with you even if you aren’t on-call. We are open 24/7, and the pay is adjusted if you work overnight hours. The schedule and pay will be discussed in detail during the interview.

You will be an independent contractor, and we will supply you with materials needed for spray tanning. This job requires you to drive all around the city so you must enjoy spending time in your car.

Responsibilities Include:

• Checking and managing your appointments on the Stylist Mobile App throughout your shift
• Communicating using the Stylist Mobile App with clients
• Handling any conflicts or problems during the appointment
• Presenting yourself as an ambassador to Spray Valet
• Maintaining a tidy and welcoming spray tanning space within the clients home

Candidate Required Skills

• Excellent spray tanning experience
• Has a working car and insurance
• Lives in the local area
• Comfortable with nudity
• Responsible and communicative
• Someone who is flexible and available to help out teammates

Candidate Preferred Skills

• Engaging with clients

Pay is per tan (we do group tans too!):

• Daytime hours: $30 plus 20% tip
• Late-night hours: $70 plus 20% tip
• Out of Area and Late Night fees are added

This position is great for someone already in the beauty industry, spraying already, or has another flexible job. Please mention your spray tanning experience, and confirm your location and current availability.

Hiring Process: We will have a Zoom interview to get to know you and review your experience and any questions you may have. Once hired, there is a two week training period before you can begin taking appointments.
