Experience in headstones a plus but not required. We will train you: We are looking for someone to assist with all areas of the fabrication process of granite memorial stones. We are looking for individuals who have general skills and talent to increase their current experience and/or learn new craftsmanship working with granite and other stone.

Things you are expected to learn/do daily:

• Load/offload granite off of flatbed trucks with a crane/forklift/dollies.
• Rigging heavy loads using cranes, dollies, and lifts.
• Uncrate/sort granite while managing and maintaining a clean and organized shop.
• Cut rubber engraving stencil using a simple stencil cutter CNC machine.
• Sandblast headstones with an enclosed CNC sandblaster using a joystick via a clean space.
• Delivering/Installing granite monuments in local cemeteries.
• OPTIONAL: CNC Laser etch monuments (Depends on skill, more pay for this ability).

Pay:

• Hourly pay $24-45 per hour (Depends on abilities)
• Optional/Available Overtime
• Bonus every quarter depending on productivity

• Self-motivated and self-monitored with little supervision needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid drivers license with clean drivers record. Drivers abstract will be requested
• Agree to random drug testing
• Ability to lift heavy. 100lbs Min
• Work indoors and outdoors
• Dependable and punctual, willingness to learn
• Can speak English
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail and use of initiative and independent judgement
• Mental alertness is necessary to ensure safe and accurate completion of work
• A pre-employment physical and drug screen is required prior to hire
