Mortgage Group Manager
A Mortgage Branch Manager is responsible for managing a sales group for a specific geographic area and team of Mortgage Home Loan Consultants and Loan Officer Assistants; driving sales, mentoring success, and managing the team's mortgage pipeline ensuring all First Bank policies and procedures for the company and the mortgage division are being followed.
What You Will Be Doing
- Meeting and exceeding budgeted goals and objectives
- Ensuring the highest client/customer satisfaction
- Cross-selling First Bank products and services to borrowers
- Counseling prospective borrowers on available mortgage loan programs, pricing, and products
- Travel on a frequent basis to locations other than assigned branch/location
- Ensuring mortgage loans are completed within our acceptable time frames
- Working with multiple First Bank business units to maximize client value
- Continuing to build on best practices
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A minimum of one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to drive a car or obtain other reliable transportation is required
- A minimum of one-year previous management experience is required
- Must register with the Nationwide Mortgage Registration System upon employment
