Multi-Family Project Superintendent Job at Bradley Construction Co Inc
Bradley Construction Co., Inc. is currently seeking a CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT for a 280 unit multifamily project in Palmetto, Fl. The successful candidate must possess the following attributes:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Multi-Family projects with multiple trades and subcontractors.
- Capable of efficiently scheduling multiple subcontractors and tracking material deliveries from vendors in order to avoid project delays and onsite material loss
- A self-starter who is organized and detail oriented and possesses a strong leadership style with superior team-building skills
- A professional attitude, strong verbal skills and the ability to maintain excellent relations with inspectors, sub-contractors, architects and owner representatives
- Must have specific knowledge of and maintain constant field supervision for layout, framing, MEP and finish trades
- Excellent judgment of drywall, paint and finish construction quality
- Handle daily progress reports and conduct weekly jobsite safety meetings
- A thorough knowledge of federal, state and local building codes
- Expertise in blueprint reading and submittal review
- Must have a proven track record of safety in conjunction with all OSHA requirements and guidelines
