What you'll be doing:
Ensure safety of all employees and visitors

Drive quality initiatives and work closely with night shift quality associates

Coordinate production and resource allocation to best meet delivery requirements

Direct productivity including scrap reduction, cycle time improvements, and cost reduction

Lead & Teach Continual Improvement: Including, Safety, 5S, Kaizen, and Pillar Teams

Develop subordinates through education, training, and teamwork

Work closely with HR to: Hire, train, direct and mentor crew
Build and maintain productive employee relationships across all 3 shifts

Coach, counseling, discipline, and motivate employees
