LINE COOK
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items
- Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
- Know portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules
- Stocks and maintains levels of food products on line.
- Portion food products prior to cooking according to portion sizes and recipe.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area.
- Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
- Store and rotate all products properly.
- Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
- Closing the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist you are given.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
