Bear Valley Community Healthcare District (BVCHD) in beautiful Big Bear Lake has an exciting opportunity for a midlevel provider for our Urgent Care. BVCHD is comprised of a Critical Access Hospital, Rural Health Clinics, and a recently acquired Urgent Care.
San Bernardino National Forest and known for excellent fishing, snowboarding & skiing, hiking, mountain biking and so much more!
The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day management of patients in the outpatient Urgent Care setting. The Provider manages the health of patients by providing evaluation and management of acute and chronic illnesses/conditions. Assists in the development of and participation in health care services related to an Industrial Medicine/Work Comp program. The Provider is responsible for the coordination of care with specialists and appropriate ancillary services and shall work collaboratively with all members of the health care team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,641.00 - $180,961.00 per year
