Contract – 13 weeks
Requirement:
Occupational Therapist- Field position
Location: San Jose coverage area
Shift: Days Mon-Fri
CA license in hand
13-week contract
Experience: 1-year home Health experience required
Oasis experience preferred.
HCHB experience preferred but will train.
Mileage at IRS standard rate between patients.
COVID Vaccination preferred- Exemptions permitted with weekly testing.
