We are looking for a personal injury coordinator with the ability to help assist our office administration with other duties. This position requires you to be available to work Monday - Friday.
To qualify for this position, applicants must be detail oriented, able to multi-task easily, and have good customer and communication skills.
The duties will include but or not limited to: auditing personal injury files, coordinating with attorneys regarding patient care, scheduling patients, updating weekly reports for all of our personal injury patients, following up on outstanding bills, marketing, and assisting with patient notes.
We are looking for someone who can learn quickly and works well with a team and independently as well. While we don't require medical experience, someone with professional customer service experience and strong computer skills is necessary to be successful in this position. A willingness to learn and being able to work well within a team are also qualities we seek. Pay rate is dependent on experience and qualifications.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $15.50 per hour
