Position Details:

We're looking for a well-organized, self-motivated candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit to help run our rapidly growing business. This is a big role with tremendous impact on our culture and growth - in addition to general office management tasks, the Office Manager will also provide administrative support to finance and HR and further support our ops team with tasks such as shipping and receiving. This is a great opportunity to learn and build a career in a variety of fields. The successful candidate will possess the ability to execute deliverables and manage multiple projects at a high level and will have an affinity for finance, operations and technology.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones & greeting visitors
  • General office organization and event planning
  • Finance: ownership of invoicing, accounts payable and expenses
  • HR: listings, vetting candidates, policies
  • Operations: shipping and receiving, inventory and procurement
  • Helping develop our culture as a serious technology company that knows how to have fun!

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on business administration or a technical focus preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office - including PowerPoint, Word and Excel - and Google-suite
  • Ability to commute to Aila HQ office (in Natick)

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with an ERP or inventory system
  • Experience at a fast-growing company

Aila Technologies is a startup with less than 30 employees, where every person is extremely valuable to the team. We are looking for a very adaptive, quick learning candidate that can take initiative to solve a variety of problems that change day to day. This position will report to the manufacturing and operations team, but will contribute to every department and will get a first hand experience of how an innovative tech company operates.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
