Job Description
Qualified candidates will have a minimum, 1-3 years of office experience with decision making abilities, computer skills, good phone presence and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
As a General Office Assistant, you must consistently demonstrate through daily activity the ability to support the sales team, maintain company files and balance and reconcile daily receipts.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Processing New Hire Paperwork
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Completing general office duties like, filing, faxing and copying
- Processing customer payments
- Scheduling customer deliveries and pick ups
- Processing sales orders
- Interacting with retail customers
- Helping out with price tags for weekly promotions
THIS POSITION REQUIRES:
