This desirable job is for the individual who loves working with people and the details that keep everyone organized. We are a long standing non-profit organization in Old Louisville seeking the right person to run our Administrative offices. Responsibilities are as follows but not limited too: *Managing event registrations and payments. *Scheduling luncheon staff and vendors *Managing all communications via phone, email and in-person. *Maintaining the member and donor databases. *Giving tours of the building to prospective rentals. *Maintain website calendar. *Additional task as requested.

Key skills to be successful include: STRONG organizational skills and a love for details. EXPERT computer skills including WORD and EXCEL. Ability to learn a new database. Basic accounting knowledge, with Quickbooks preferred. Enjoy interacting with all types of people from across the city. Flexible as priorities can change quickly.

This position works 30 hours a week with the occasional pre-scheduled evening or weekend. Free secure on site parking. The week of Christmas, New Year, July 4th and Thanksgiving we are closed so spending quality time with your family is not a struggle.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
