Office Manager/Team Leader Job at Sanborn Orthodontics
We are seeking a dynamic team leader/office manager. The right person has demostrated ease with developing strong working relationships and has a history and passion for caring for both teammates and patients. This role is one where the person needs to be able to naturally strike the balance between serious and fun and be confident in thier ability to address situations as they arise. We are looking for someone who understands the influence of workplace culture on team dynamics and sees how impactful the right team leader can be, leading with respect and compassion is the most effective method for our practice.
General business/office management and/or orthodontic office/clinical knowledge are required to be considered a viable candidate. Responsibilities will include business analysis, strategic planning, team development, patient/parent relations, facility management, and anything else that comes up along the way.
