About The Position

We are seeking a Receptionist / Operations Associate to join our Operations team. This position is from January 3, 2023 to April 18, 2023, with an opportunity for overtime in March and April. The position in on-site and regular work hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt client services in person, by phone, and via email.
• Process in-coming mail, prepare outgoing packages using software, and ensure timely outgoing shipment.
• Light AR duties: check deposits, payment processing, resolving billing inquiries.
• Support internal project workflow by in-processing and routing client documents and tax authority correspondences.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to handle multi-line phones in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams, including managing multiple inboxes and calendars
• Minimum one year of experience in a front office setting
• Experience working at a professional services firm

• Skilled in communicating with clients and colleagues with confidence and empathy
• High aptitude with software applications
• Unrelenting attention to detail
• Strong work ethics and a bias for action/follow-through
