Rubicon is looking for an Operations Manager with similar values and beliefs who can translate his or her expertise and skills to our initiatives. Experience with both new construction and remodeling practices will make you an excellent fit for our team. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects at once and communicating directly with our management team.

Operations Manager Requirements

• 2 years of experience managing processes and construction operations
• College Education is a Plus but not required; (Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, etc.)
• Entrepreneurially minded
• Is willing to work hard and grow with our company
• Must be able to manage and work with business owners and property managers.
• With our rapid growth rate being able to adapt and re-adapt with changes that occur internally.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish

Operations Manager Responsibilities

• Service Scheduling Publish 2 week rolling schedule for field technicians.
• Managing Vendor & Sub Contractor relationships and pricing.
• Building an outstanding production team. This requires developing (training) employees and working with employees to build and support a team environment
• Fleet vehicles monitor and ensure vehicle processes are being followed and assigned company vehicles are being utilized for the correct project. Ensure all necessary maintenance is being completed and license/registrations at up to date, (working with Fleet Manager)
• Production Management ensuring that our services are always of the highest quality.
• Ensuring a safe environment for employees and customers
