Job Description
As a member of the Finance Accounting Operations team, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll develop relationships with our internal stakeholders by providing consistent updates on transactions and findings. As an Operations Reconciliation Specialist, you will prepare and finalize various reconciliations to ensure the financial statements are accurately stated. You will research and resolve all reconciling items in a timely manner and participate in the month-end close process.
To be successful in this role you will ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with all internal controls, policies, and procedures. You will also manage multiple tasks and projects assigned by senior management and maintain highly organized files and documentation. Its a plus if you have reconciliation or light accounting/banking experience.
You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement with some days in the office and others remote.
