The Operations Specialist will be responsible for facilitating and executing the various projects and activities within the operations department. The focus of the position is on supporting the multi brands, which currently includes Hour Passion, Tourbillon, Certina, Balmain and Jaquet Droz with all operational needs.

The candidate must possess operational experience with ideally some knowledge of both wholesale and retail activities. They must have the ability to work on their own, and will be able to work on their own initiative as well as work as part of a team environment. The person must possess strong communication skills as they will be in constant contact with the boutiques as we as corporate management.

This position will be located at Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities

· Communicate and facilitate operations for Hour Passion and Tourbillon stores, which includes checking, and approving all invoices, and assisting them with any operational needs.

· To participate in regular meetings with the stores and take action as and when required.

· Communicate and facilitate the wholesale operations, and not limited to what is listed below.

· For Certina, to manage the Amazon account and handle all chargebacks as and when they arise.

· For Balmain to manage the V2C at Nordstrom account and all matters relating to this. To provide assistant with the set-up of new accounts as and when the brand requires.

· To provide all support required for Jaquet Droz, and communicate with HQ on a regular basis.

· Assist in preparation of new boutique openings

· Assist in planning and maintaining yearly operation budgets

· Audit boutiques cycle counts and daily counts

· Maintain employee consignment program

· Maintain tour guide program including check processing and check status logs

· Work as liaison between finance and the boutiques

· Work with vendors on service and pricing

· Invoice approval and coding of all activities.

· Monthly retail commissions.

· Tour Guide commission checking and maintaining records

· Work on any special projects as and when required by SVP.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of corporate or retail operations.
  • Strong written communication skills required.
  • Experience working closely with senior level executives.
  • Ability to perform well on their own and using own initiative as well as in a team environment and manage multiple deadline-driven projects.
  • Must be flexible and solution-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) as well as flexibility with similar alternative programs.
  • Ability to process a vast amount of information and understand and prioritize competing business needs.
  • Strong personal work ethic.
  • Flexible personality and quick learner who operates with a sense of urgency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
