Operations Trainer Job at Purcell Tire & Service Centers
MISSION
Plan, implement, and coordinate training programs to promote safe working conditions and operational excellence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Develop training programs for training projects that enable employees to meet compliance requirements and close employees' knowledge and skill gaps.
- Assemble teams; subject matter experts and relevant parties to execute project plans if required.
- Develop in-person training, e-courses, webinars, simulations, job aids, tests, and other tools and materials as appropriate.
- Work with external vendors to identify, and select training solutions as needed.
- Design and deploy performance measurement systems for pre-training and post-training level comparison.
- Create training performance reports, analyze changes, and respond to key performance indicators.
- Act as subject matter expert and provide guidance in training, methodology, technologies, and documentation.
- Train new employees.
- Serve as a resource on training and material processes
- Prepare and participate in business process meetings and committees
- Recommend safety processes and products to promote efficiency while minimizing work hazards
- Inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and address potential hazards, and ensure safety regulation compliance.
- Other essential and non-essential duties, as assigned by management
