What you will do:
- Encourage a successful sales cycle by specializing in pre-sales and order entry activities for complex service orders.
- Efficiently execute service implementations within agreed upon timeframes through collaboration with partners and clients.
- Ensure service level objectives (SLOs) are completed through the management of efforts with other internal departments.
- Enhance client satisfaction through the investigation and resolution of issues related to complex orders, assigned initiatives or projects.
- Drive issue resolution or escalations by providing clear and concise communication to other levels of the organization.
- Develop and maintain monitoring processes and metrics for management based on tasks, goals and time frame requirements.
- Support the Sales organization and boundary partners by serving as a point of contact to answer questions and resolve issues.
- Resolve instances outside of the SLOs by reconciling work in progress and completion times against estimated timeframes.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly performance metrics to allow for comparison to predetermined goals and objectives for senior leadership to leverage.
- Recommend improvements to senior leadership and end users by preparing status reports and analyzing data.
- Comply with production and quality standards and provide high-quality client service while performing all duties and responsibilities.
Required keys for success:
- One year of team lead or mentor experience.
- Two or more years of data entry experience.
- Two or more years of advanced telephony or data industry experience.
- Two or more years of project management or project coordination experience.
- Two or more years of experience with Salesforce or a similar client relationship management (CRM) tool.
- Two or more years of experience in telecommunications or cable industry.
- Six or more years of experience in client service, order entry or order management.
- Deadline-driven with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-demand and fast-paced environment.
- Expert in all order fulfillment processes and business rules.
- History of maintaining client and business data confidentiality.
- Practical issue resolver that can deal with few concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- In-depth knowledge of Spectrum Enterprise fiber-based product and service offerings.
- Familiar with appropriate software applications and technology.
- Advanced organizational, prioritization and decision-making skills with the ability to build relationships throughout the organization.
- Confident when presenting logical and professional information to leadership.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
- Empathy when responding to common inquiries and complaints from clients or members of the business community.
- Proven experience interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, spoken, diagram or schedule form.
- Independence and initiative while showing sound judgment to accomplish job duties.
- Collaborative team member with the ability to train others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the technical aptitude to learn databases.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
