B2B Outside Sales Executive, Lucrative Earning Potential!

SDI Inc. is looking for a result driven Outside Sales Representative to actively seek and engage prospective clients through warm leads as well as self-cultivated leads. This individual is a self-starter, eager to meet new clients and work on prospective business every day, able to make appointments and have superb closing skills. Our Outside Sales Rep. will be provided with a company vehicle, fuel card and all the necessary tools to help close the deals! The sales rep will generate business in the field to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. 60% in the field, 40% in office.

We offer an aggressive and competitive commission rate at 30% of the gross per invoice plus a base of $20/hr. OR a salary of $1,200 week with a lower commission rate at 20% depending on qualifications.

What services will you be selling:

COMMERCIAL KITCHEN HOOD AND/EXHAUST SYSTEMS PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES – All commercial kitchen owners are required to clean their exhaust systems per NFPA code regulation by a “certified” hood maintenance company. Properly maintained systems can prevent kitchen fires. Depending on the establishment and volume of cooking, the exhaust hood service will reoccur on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or yearly basis.

COMMERCIAL KITCHEN CLEANING, RESTORATION AND PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES: In addition to promoting the hood preventive maintenance services you can up sell the customer on our innovated kitchen deep cleaning and restoration services. The additional services include ceiling/wall cleaning and restoration, floor care deep cleaning and appliance deep cleaning. These services have been exclusively developed and refined over the years and do set us apart from our competitors. SDI is a "one stop shop" for deep commercial cleaning.

We also provide acoustical ceiling restoration, grocery store deep cleaning services and more!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outstanding in person sales pitches to new clients.
  • Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business
  • Creates proposals for prospective clients and utilizing our CRM system.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Provide professional and ethical information and service
  • Must have an excellent work ethic and willing to work the required hours to achieve optimal Results.
  • Able to develop and qualify leads to drive sales through Cold-calling and lead generation resources.
  • Maintain all sales information in the company CRM (Pipedrive) and submit a Daily Sales Activity report to Operations Manager.
  • Willing and able to inspect his/her own lead sites taking pictures of current condition, diagram location of equipment and sizes, etc., provide all pertinent information of inspection to Operations Manager for pricing approval.
  • Willing and Able to climb ladder at customer facility to access the hood equipment situated on the roof.

Skills:

  • 5 years min of proven work experience as a sales representative in full cycle of sales
  • Self-motivated and target driven with proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to deliver tailored sales pitch to specific cliental
  • Must have valid Driver’s license & clean driving record
  • Ability to develop conversation and build client relationships
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Able to pass background check
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suites (Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Computer savvy and familiar with CRM systems such as Pipedrive.
  • Bi-lingual not required but welcomed (Spanish)

This position offers base pay with 6-figure earning potential!
