Primarily responsible for overall production of all donut varieties to Guru quality and efficiency standards. Role includes working with leading and managing production, overseeing product quality control, developing new products, and assisting with general oversight of the kitchen facilities, processes and procedures.

MUST ENJOY WORKING OVERNIGHT - SHIFT STARTS AT 11:30PM

KEY DUTIES

*Lead and direct the processes of baking and frying donuts including overall quality control (size and shape for consistency). *Manage the mixing, shaping and supervision of frying of cake donuts, raised donuts, fritters, cinnamon rolls and other product types. *Manage the daily production schedule and product pars in coordination with Retail and Kitchen Managers. *Ability to work all of the kitchen roles (baker, fryer, glazer) to continually improve production processes and efficiencies. *Actively participate with Retail Manager, Kitchen Manager and Guru leadership in the development of new products and overall company goals and objectives. *Maintain a clean and safe working environment. *Excellent communication - observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources. *Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, being proactive, and solving problems as they arise. *Coach and counsel team members for improved performance. *Perform general physical activities with speed and efficiency that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials and objects.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

*Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time. *Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more. *Must be able to think on your feet, be proactive, and solve problems as they come along. *Probably a lot of other things that we didn’t put in here - things always come up that will be new to you and probably to us.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
