Partial summary of duties:
- Evaluates maintenance requests, sets priorities, and completes work assignments in a timely manner.
- Resolves facility repairs and maintenance issues promptly and cost effectively.
- Performs all lawn mowing at least weekly at all sites.
- Performs all maintenance work to properly maintain CCFHS facilities and grounds.
- Performs routine inspections of all systems and equipment.
